What Does this liver Test Result Mean?

I have to wait until next week when my doctor is back in town however my lab results show two things
Stomach is decompressed, likely accounting for gastric wall thickening
and Diffuse infilitration fatty liver just wondering what these two things mean exactly.

Hello

Gastric wall thickening may be due to both benign or malignant reasons.
You may need clinical correlation and further investigations.
You may need endoscopy and biopsy of thickened part.
Treatment depend upon findings.

Your findings also indicate fatty liver.Fatty liver causes diffusely increased echo texture.
Fatty liver is a reversible condition and it may be due to many reasons like hepatitis,obesity,alcoholism,metabolic disorder,drug toxicity etc.

You may need few investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,lipid profile,liver function test.
You may need few medicines after complete investigations.

You should avoid saturated fat.
